isee3 is the old ICE satellite that used AO as
the down link back in the 80's when it flew by the comet
giacobini-zinner.
It is now coming back toward earth and it is
transmitting two tones.
sband wide (dual linears, Tsys about 35K) was used to look
at the isee3 tones.
