Monitoring the tiedown tensions
Each tiedown has two cables that connect the
corner
of the platform to the tiedown jack on the ground. Each of these cables
has a load cell that measures the tension in the individual cable. The
cable tensions are read once a second and recorded in a file.
Each nite at 23:50 the tensions from the last 7
days are input, averaged to 1 minute, and then plotted by day. Each day
has 3 plots on a page: 1 for each tiedown. Each plot has the tension
from
the two load cells plotted (load cell 1 in black, load cell 2 in red).
At the end of each month, a plot is made for every day of the month.
Daily, monthly plots of the tiedown tensions.
