Things to add/fix

when building system the .conf files for pnet are not copied automatically by the make files. Should have cp pdev/pdev0706/sw/src/*.conf /usr/local/pdev0706/etc. This is needed because pnet defaults to this directory for the files.

For version 2, if you have HR_LPF 0 in the pnet conf but you still have the LPF_C0 file filename, pnet wants to find the files somewhere. probably need a default version in pdev/etc.
Be sure and update number of integrations when decimation is used. Needs to be divided by dec to get the same time duration.
