9. The circuit below contains a  12  Volt battery, a switch, resistors of 10 ohms and 1 ohm, and a 1 farad capacitor.  Initially the switch is open and the capacitor is totally discharged. The switch is closed at t =0 and then opened again at t =1 seccond.
