• xxapr14 aerostat radar back on the air.
  
• 28aug13 FAA CARSR radar starts blanking in AO direction
• 03oct13 punta borinquen blanking in ao direction re enabled.
  
• 08aug13 FAA CARSR radar starts broadcasting
• xxmay13 punta borinquen carsr radar blanking turned off while faa is being upgraded
  
• xxapr13 Punta borinquen  CARSR radar starts broadcasting.
• 27apr12: alfa dewar monitoring was found to make 20hz  rfi in pulsar data. started turning it off a few months later.
  
• 24jan13: building 2 power shutdown for rfi test.
  
• 01nov11 power shutdown of visitors center for rfi test
  
• 15dec11 aerostat radar tether breaks. aerostat is off the air.
