Ntp datataking measurements:

05apr06    ntp time jumps on the wapps for years 2003-2006. What was causing them.
03apr06    When the ntpd on aeron lost sync years 2003-2006.
19apr05    drifting of the wapp clocks with ntpD turned off.
19apr05    ntpd time jumps on the wapps when pulsar search p2030 run.
