First shot at 12meter
observing schedule (.txt):
- The nighttime observing tried to give 3.5 Hrs/session.
- Some sessions have better elevation angle than others.
- you could have different groups switch observing blocks so
everyone gets a good elevation range.
- Or you could shorten the observing time to say 2 hours
and move all groups into a better elevation range.
